CVSS v3.1 |
| An Active Debug Code vulnerability in certain ASUS router models allows a remote authenticated user, via a crafted HTTP request, to bypass security mechanisms and enable the Telnet service, thereby executing arbitrary commands with root privileges and potentially affecting other devices connected to the router.
Refer to the ' Security Update for ASUS Router Firmware ' section on the ASUS Security Advisory for more information. |
| In Anjvision YSSD‑RTMP‑H5 firmware version 3.3.2.4, an internal debug interface can be enabled through an undocumented pathway, exposing functions not intended for normal operation. When activated, this interface allows actions that could unintentionally provide elevated system access. |
| yii2-starter-kit through 4.2.0 exposes the Yii debug and Gii modules to all IP addresses by setting allowedIPs to ['*'] in its default development configuration. Unauthenticated remote attackers can access the debug endpoint to read sensitive data including session cookies and database queries, or access the Gii endpoint to generate and write PHP files into the application directory. |
| Dell Secure Connect Gateway (SCG) Policy Manager, versions prior to 5.34.00.16, contains an Active Debug Code vulnerability. A high privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information disclosure, Information tampering, Protection mechanism bypass, and Unauthorized access. |
| An unauthenticated local attacker can connect to the Electron DevTools endpoint exposed by Acer NitroSense software (versions up to and including 5.2.63) on localhost TCP port 9993. Because Chromium remote debugging is enabled in the production application, the attacker can execute JavaScript in the privileged application context and achieve arbitrary code execution. |
| A flaw was found in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform's automation-
controller. Four debug views that trigger the internal task, dependency, and
workflow schedulers are configured to allow any user (including unauthenticated
clients) and are routed in production builds because their URL include is not
gated on the debug setting. An unauthenticated remote attacker can repeatedly
invoke these endpoints to acquire the cluster-wide scheduler advisory lock;
because the legitimate scheduler acquires the same lock without waiting, the
attacker causes real scheduler runs to be skipped, stalling job dispatch for
all tenants, while also consuming controller web workers. The debug root view
additionally discloses the list of debug endpoints to unauthenticated callers. |
| PLANET IGS-5225-8P2T4S industrial managed switch V1 and V2 firmware versions before 1.2412b260707 and 2.2412b260519 contain active debug functionality in the embedded software. An attacker with privileged access to the device can enable this debug mode to execute arbitrary code on the underlying operating system and gain root-level access. |
| GetSimple CMS is a content management system (CMS), and GetSimple CMS CE is the community edition of that CMS. A logic flaw in GetSimple CMS (v3.4.0a and below) and GetSimpleCMS-CE (v3.3.22 and below) allows unauthenticated attackers to create a new administrator account. The application features an automated security control designed to delete the sensitive `admin/setup.php` file post-installation. However, this control is neutralized by a self-exclusion bug within the deletion logic, leaving the setup script accessible for unauthorized account creation even after a legitimate installation is completed. As of time of publication, no known patched versions are available. |
| UEFI BIOS embedded Shell could be used to bypass Secure Boot via shell commands or startup scripts. |
| A flaw was found in the lighthouse component of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes. This vulnerability stems from insufficient validation of advertised IP addresses within EndpointSlice objects. A compromised spoke cluster can exploit this by creating EndpointSlices with attacker-controlled IP addresses, causing other clusters' lighthouse DNS to redirect legitimate service traffic to malicious endpoints. This enables a remote attacker to conduct transparent Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) attacks on cross-cluster service communications, potentially leading to unauthorized information disclosure and data manipulation. |
| A malicious actor with access to the network, low privileges and under certain conditions could exploit an Active Debug Code vulnerability found in certain devices running UniFi OS to escalate privileges within such UniFi OS devices or instances. |
| DEEBOT PRO M1 and DEEBOT PRO K1VAC leave the web server for debugging purposes enabled. The floor map and log information stored on the affected products may be retrieved. |
| DEEBOT PRO M1 and DEEBOT PRO K1VAC leave the telnet servers enabled. The telnet service may be leveraged to log in to the affected products. |
| An authenticated admin user with access to both the management WebUI and command line interface on a Firebox can enable a diagnostic debug shell by uploading a platform and version-specific diagnostic package and executing a leftover diagnostic command. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in CPCI85 Central Processing/Communication (All versions < V26.20), SICORE Base system (All versions < V26.20.0). The affected application includes a debugging interface that is accessible through HTTP endpoints. This could allow an authenticated attacker to disrupt the system by crashing the web process causing denial of service conditions. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in CPCI85 Central Processing/Communication (All versions < V26.20), SICORE Base system (All versions < V26.20.0). The affected application contains a vulnerability in its firmware update mechanism's signature validation process. This could allow an attacker to install malicious firmware, leading to persistent code execution and system compromise. |
| When Calico's shared debug server is enabled (disabled by default), the Calico kube-controllers and Goldmane components bind their Go pprof debug listener to 0.0.0.0 without authentication. Any pod with network reachability to the listener can retrieve the process heap, goroutine stacks (including function arguments), and command-line arguments. Depending on the process's in-memory state, the heap may contain sensitive material. The debug listener is opt-in but is unsafe when enabled because it offers no authentication and no safe localhost-only binding option. |
| This vulnerability exists in CP PLUS EZ-P21 IP Camera due to an insecure debug feature enabled in the firmware.
An attacker with physical access could exploit this vulnerability by placing arbitrary code on removable media and triggering their execution through the debug mechanism.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges on the targeted device. |
| Allwinner H616 TV Box TV98 has ADB enabled and exposed to the network on production. An attacker could request for ADB authorization and gain root level privileges if the victim allows access. |
| Appium is a cross-platform automation framework for all kinds of apps, built on top of the W3C WebDriver protocol. Prior to 10.7.0, Appium's base-driver unconditionally mounts the /test/guinea-pig, /test/guinea-pig-scrollable, and /test/guinea-pig-app-banner routes, and compileLodashTemplate reflects the throwError query parameter, comments POST field, and User-Agent request header into HTML without escaping, allowing reflected cross-site scripting and arbitrary JavaScript execution on the server origin. This issue is fixed in version 10.7.0. |
